Alberta Ferretti's Spring/Summer 2008 Show
Yes, dears! It's that time again! Just as you are getting into all the wonderful fall trends that we have been discussing in this blog over the last few weeks, the fashion industry goes ahead and gives us the spring and summer collections to ponder.
We are going to start with Alberta Ferretti because we actually think that some of the clothes in this show were just darling. Not too flashy and yet not too demure, they seem perfectly balanced. We also love that most of them are just a little flowy and/or blousy, meaning that if you still have a winter pound or two to hide in early spring, nobody will be the wiser.

This sheath is quite pretty. It mixes a darker color with a metallic, which means that the craze with metallic colors may not be ending anytime soon. We also love the minimalist look to the model's makeup.

Layers, even light ones, can make even a fit girl look chunky, but not with the way this dress is cut. We love it.

Not digging this look so much. It looks hard to walk in, especially in real-life. There is a certain beauty to its flow and colors but we are just not feeling it.

Now THIS we are feeling. A playful one-piece jumpsuit in a flattering cut is always something we will get on board with.
