The newest issue of OK magazine to hit the newsstands has parts of an exclusive interview with Britney Spears in it, her first since leaving rehab. Now, normally you might think this would turn out to be a fluff piece, since Brit agreed to it and there was a big fashion shoot. Oh, and the $1 million in payment that OK offered leads us to believe this would all be very staged.
Instead, Brit basically had a meltdown during the shoot, leaving with nearly $15K in borrowed clothing, wiping her hands on a very expensive dress instead of a napkin during lunch and allowing her new pooch to pooh on other clothing.
Due to the 'cry for help' that OK says occurred during the events, they not only did they not pay her for the interview (since she never finished it) but they also aren't going to release the photos, either (much to our dismay).

The former Mrs. Federline went out to dinner Monday night in a green dress that she put on backwards! Sometime between going into the restaurant and exiting after her meal, she switched the dress around.
Maybe she was channeling fellow songbird Celine Dion?
Could Brit have been stewing over recent rumors that K-Fed impregnated his ex Shar Jackson, the mother of his first two kids? Or maybe it’s the fact that she is rumored to have been drinking recently at a club. Who knows, but one thing is for sure – somebody needs to get her a full-length mirror so she won't ever have to record "Oops, I Did It Again: The Backwards Dress Remix."
Last night Britney Spears performed the second of her planned 'surprise' shows. Of course, they are no surprise to anyone, as someone in Brit's camp leaked the information last week about the locations (think Las Vegas in the near future) and the name that would be on the marquee if it is Britney and her posse of dancers performing (think a small candy treat with the letter "M" being very prominent on them).

From the audience reaction, it seems like most of the crowd was happy to have the Toxic one back. Screaming, signs being held up and lines for miles accompanied her mini-comeback routine. Of course, she mainly danced and lip synched, but baby steps, right? After a nearly three year absence from performance, we forgive her for taking it slow.
The greatest comeback of 2007?
We do have a few things to say though. First, we sincerely hope that the headband is only to keep your wig on. The fat-headband-covering-half-the-forehead look is sooo 1990s. Second, we would rather you go back to blonde, everyone likes you as a blonde. The polls prove it. OK, so the poll isn't scientific, but a survey of all our friends and family say she should go blonde:
