Despite our week-long foray into the fall fashion trends, a few more seem to have popped up, and we of course are all over it. In addition to the dark patent leather colors and fresh purple and fuchsia colors that you will be seeing lots of, these are also big trends for fall:

Jeweled necklines are big for fall. Why wear a necklace when you can wear your jewels on your actual dress, and not have to worry about losing them or having them fall off? We think these are cute and very sophisticated, though probably quite pricey, even for non-designer versions of these frocks.

Animal print scarves are all the rage. We personally aren't big fans but they are a nice way to add a stylish accessory to your look, and many can be had on the cheap.

The jury is still out on these multi-colored vests, we predict they will catch on only nominally.

Belted dresses are a big fall tend, but you can never have too many belts of varying sizes, colors and materials. So why not use them on some of your longer fall tunics as well?

This is maybe our favorite new trend. Simple, easy to buy and allows you to use your white jeans after labor day! What could be better?

Barton sisters share their timeless Chanel Classic Bag
Well, we would hardly call anything Chanel puts out as 'old.' It's vintage, not old when it comes to fashion. But let's face it – in the somewhat fickle world of fashion, things become passé and therefore old in quick order.

Black Baghaus Classic Bag - $34.99
Chanel always manages to buck that trend. They do so by adding an element of timelessness to all their items, no matter how trendy one might think they are. For instance, this season's big metallic craze was something that Chanel picked up on, but not in a crazy, out-there way. They did so in a series of classy bags that can be worn even when people get tired of gracing their arms with gold and silver hues.

Gray Baghaus Classic Bag - $34.99
The recent re-release of the Black Classic Bag by Chanel is awe-inspiring for fashionistas. It can still be trendy and wonderful for today's flashy Hollywood types, but you can imagine someone like Jackie O or Coco Channel herself wearing it. How many handbags can you honestly say that about?

White Baghaus Classic Bag - $34.99
Baghaus has released our own, affordable version of the Black Classic Bag inspired by Chanel. Ours is made of quilted leatherette with a chain-wrapped drop handle and retails for $34.99. Compare this to the $1,995 Chanel price and you will see that timeless bags can be affordable, even for Chanel fans.

The exasperated tone that Jan Brady used to use in reference to her older, more popular sister Marsha is the same one we are using on our beloved fashionista, Mischa Barton.

Even Urkel can't understand what Mischa is up to
Has the demise of The OC left her in a fashion depression? We know she has been working since her character was killed off a few seasons back, so surely she wasn't relegated to the bargain bins at the thrift store. If you can bear it, more on Mischa's tribute to Steven Q. Urkel after the jump
