Even the newest of fashionistas want to be seen in their favorite clothes. And as we all know, the accessories make just as much of an impact (if not more) than the actual duds themselves. Handbags, shoes and jewelry have become the staples of a woman's closet just as much as the little black dress. So why not embrace it with a few chic handbags that you will want to be seen with out on the street.

Baghaus Leatherette Satchel - On Sale $40.00
To us, this handbag embodies what street chic should be. It is not conservative at all (leave that for the office or meeting the parents!) and yet it is not overly flashy. It's not blatantly saying "look at me" as much as it is compelling people to look at it because they haven't seen it before. Oh, and did we mention that it's on sale right now, for a limited time only? With our 20% off sale, this beauty can be yours for only $40.

Medium Frame Bag - $50.00
For a dressier street chic, it doesn't get much better than our Medium Frame Bag. Wear it on your hand with the drop handles or slung over your shoulder with the detachable strap. Either way, it will get notice, particularly because of the metallic colors that are still oh-so-popular.

Tan Baghaus Pockets Hobo - $39.99
Hobo bags, as a rule, are not known for their roominess. The original hobos were meant to carry your coin purse, lip gloss and your keys. They were not meant to carry your Blackberry, oversized sunglasses with huge case, entire makeup bag including full-size products of everything you are wearing and the kitchen sink. That kind of load is meant for the oversized totes and duffels that are popular today.

Pewter Baghaus Pockets Hobo - $39.99
But hobos are oh-so-cute, so why not make them bigger to accommodate our need for more room?

White Baghaus Pockets Hobo - $39.99
So of course, we here at Baghaus created a Hobo version inspired by the popular Dior my Dior Pockets Tote. We however prefer a price right around $39.99, which is what you will pay for the Baghaus large pockets hobo inspired by Dior. Ours comes with two external, magnetic closure pockets to go with three internal pockets. One of these is zippered while the other two are open with one being fitted for your mobile phone. Choose from black, pewter, tan or white to match anything in your closet.

Tan Baghaus Pockets Hobo - $39.99
Don't let the Cruise runway debacle we talked about in our last blog post make you forget just how great Christian Dior is. Marble-appliquéd shoes aside, the clothes were breezy and had a distinctive Moroccan-meets-summer resort look to them that was exciting. The Cruise name for the line betrays just how intricate the designs really are, and how much we would love to own a thing or two from the collection, sans the Barbie wigs.
That kind of excitement definitely transfers over to the Dior handbag collection as well. The crazy but always fabulous John Galliano may not have designed the handbags, but that makes them no less interesting or must-have worthy. In fact, they are something that every good fashionista should have on her want list.
Of course, wanting and being able to get are two different things. Take for instance the new Dior frame bags. At $1300 each, they are fabulous but not worth getting an eviction notice over. The equally fabulous pocket bags are $1900, enough to drain the vacation fund and make you miss going skiing for Christmas.
