Oh, to be young again!

OK, so if you are like us, you didn't exactly dig school. High School was particularly painful. But admit it, there were a few things you loved about being in school, even if you were an unstylish nerd like we were (gasp!). One of the things we loved:

The shoes. We wore oxfords like this for the better part of our elementary and Jr. High years, before they became 'uncool' for school. But boy did we love them.

Now, oxfords don't have to be just black and white, they can be solid colors and any other combo as well. And they are back in style, so hurry while the trend lasts!

These oxfords were seen on the runways in the spring for fall fashion.

You can get fancy and go for patent leather oxfords, some even come with steel tips! We don't need those for any purpose but we definitely dig the Katharine Hepburn vibe coming from these shoes.

Can you tell we still love the classic black-and-white the best? These were actually found on a wedding boots website. We would never wear these to our wedding (or anyone else's) but they sure are pretty for other occasions!
