Milan Fashion Week 2007: Versace
There has been some grumblings about the Versace line in this, the 10th year since Gianni's murder in Miami. Ever since Donatella had to take over everything there have been a few questionable collections and business decisions.
But last week in Milan, Donatella sent a collection down the line that Gianni would have been very proud of. The collection is sexy and yet somewhat safe, satiny and yet ready for a safari. Sound strange? It's actually quite beautiful, as you will see:

Separates had their place in the collection, with several of the models wearing two pieces. We love the simplicity and elegance of this neutral-colored duo.

Floaty and flirty, this dress and blazer combo is a winner.

Another simple beauty in a color we love.

Can we just say how much we continue to love the yellow trend? Nice to see it in so many collections for next spring. We can't wait!

We weren't too crazy about this look. Actually, the look and cut is great, its just the color combination. It veers too close to Day-Glo for us.

We also didn't care for this look, the only real 'miss' for us in terms of construction. It's just too messy on the bottom, though we think the top could be fierce if it was by itself with jeans.
