OK, so this isn't exactly the classiest red carpet. In fact, most people come downright casual. But with awards season over and no big shows until the Emmys in September, we are hankering for some red carpet action. So the MTV Movie Awards will have to do.

We don't watch The Hills, but since this is MTV, we are subjected to what they pass off as celebrities. Blech.

Rihanna and Chris Brown. If we never hear "Umbrella" again as long as we live, it will be too soon. Don't get us wrong, it's a great tune and very catchy. But it was quite possibly the most overplayed song of 2007. And we are still sick of it.

Only at these awards would Zac Efron be a winner. He and Lindsay Lohan (how long ago was her last movie) still look quite chic, though.

Charlize Theron is a beautiful woman. She doesn't have to resort to outfits like this to get attention.

This would never happen at the Oscars. Ever. We do love Jack Black, though.

We love SJP, and we love this dress. But the white booties make her look like a band squad majorette. All she needs is to twirl a baton.
