We heart Natalie Portman. We think she is one of the best examples of natural beauty in Hollywood. She doesn't fill her lips with Restalin, pump her forehead full of Botox or get umpteen plastic surgeries. Instead, she works with what she was given, which we admit is a whole lot of pretty.

This Givenchy Haute Couture dress is gorgeous! Normally something with this much volume would give us fits but she pulls it off with style and panache. We love it, it is well-suited to her skin tone, the makeup is perfect and accessories are spot-on.

We love the color and styling, but that one big ruffle across the top of her bust that goes all around the dress is one ruffle too many. If it was just a regular fitted bodice with the rest of the dress as-is, we would like it a whole lot more.

Beautiful. This is exactly how it is supposed to be done. The big volume dresses of last season always were unflattering, but this dress shows that no matter what your size, volume can be fitting if done properly. And this is all kinds of proper.

At this point, we are kind of sick of the ruffles. But, we gotta admit we love this dress. She looks great in bright colors, and nothing says bright like a fiery red. We think a smaller clutch would have been better though, something that doesn't overwhelm the dress. Kind of like our Minaudiere Tube Clutch:
