No Withering Violets Here
There is nothing quite like a little splash of color to help perk up your fall wardrobe. And with fall fast approaching (Labor Day is just a few weekends away! Where has the time gone?) it is time to think about what you will be wearing soon.
Fall and winter wardrobes seem to be mired in grays, blacks, dark cocoas and dark and navy blues. Add an occasional touch of red or the odd bright and you have what many consider to be a traditional combo for fall.
But we love splashes of color, and one of the most inexpensive ways to get them is through your accessories. Instead of buying a whole new wardrobe (not that there is anything wrong with that), use accessories from the brighter seasons of spring and summer and use them to jazz up the grays and blacks.
A great way to do this is to carry the Violet satchel by Derek Lam. For only $1,950 you can have the perfect combo of class and color all in one.
Or, try the Baghaus Violet satchel instead. For $59.99, you can get a stylish bag that you can use in any season. Lined in cream color on the outside and featuring either white, peach or bronze leatherette on the outside, our version of the Violet satchel will turn heads all through the dreary-weathered days. Just as Jessica Simpson, who carries the original and seems quite sunny to us:
