Every year, Vanity Fair magazine puts out their list of the best dressed people from the international scene. People consider it a big deal to be on this list and vie for a spot. So who made it this year?

Michelle Obama goes beyond the usual political wife uniform, as seen from this picture. The fact that she shops at places like Target and wears clothes we all would wear helped land her on the list.

Speaking of political wives, French First Lady Carla Bruni-Sarkozy used to be a model, and we are glad she still dresses like the fashionista she is instead of giving in to boring political clothes.

And what would a best-dressed list be without mention of Sarah Jessica Parker. It was her year, as Carrie Bradshaw and the rest of the Sex and the City ladies took the cineplexes by storm.

Others to make the list include Kate Middleton, Tilda Swinton, Daniel Craig, Matt Lauer, David Beckham (but not Victoria!), Kanye West, Karl Lagerfeld, Brangelina, and Christy Turlington Burns amongst others.
